Age Cut off Date: (Sept 1, 2013 - Aug 31, 2015)

Minors is a program where players bat a baseball that is pitched to them by an opposing team’s player. This is the first level where player participants begin to pitch to one another.

What is the cost?

Early Bird Registration:
January 1, 2024 - February 17, 2024
Minors | $190.00 per player

Registration Fees After February 18, 2024:
February 18, 2024 - March 30, 2024
Minors | $220.00 per player

When do we play?

• Game Days Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

• 2 practices per week – 1.5 to 2 hours long (Practice is one of the MOST important parts of the sport) Last week of April (Weather Dependant)

• We offer indoor training - March 2, 2024 - March 17, 2024

What is provided by Calgary East Little League (CalEast)?

• Pants, Belt, and Hat are provided by CalEast and player gets to keep.

• Baseball Jersery (Jersey requires a deposit of a $50.00 cheque and must be returned at the end of the season. Cheque will be returned at that time)

• Team and Individual Picture

• Bats, tees, balls and bases are provided CalEast

What Parent/Guardian need to provide the following equipment:

Please put players name on all items that come with them to games and practices.

• All players must supply glove,

• All players must supply baseball helmet (face guard is optional)

• All players must supply groin protector. (Cup/Jill)

• Water Bottle

• Running shoes or Cleats (non-metal)

• Many players in this age group may have or wish to purchase their own bat. There are strict rules on baseball bat dimensions and composition. For more information CLICK HERE

• Jack James - 5105 8th Ave SE (South side of school)

• Chestermere, Langdon, and Strathmore Diamonds (Games)
