Although game responsibilities vary slightly for each division and field assignment, every family in our membership is required to fulfill their volunteer commitment by performing parent duties at their child's games.

 

Opening Day Cermonies include but not limited:

• Hand out food, drink and treat
• Hand out Uniforms
• Help organize teams for pictures

Fundraising:
Depending on the fundraiser-

• Food Fundraiser: Sorting, organizing items and handing out orders.
• Activity Fundraiser: Helping organize participants, sort, hand out items, etc

Team Parent Manager

• Help Coach/ Manager run the parent side of the team
• Make sure all volunteer roles are filled each game
• Keep record of volunteer hours for our team

Game Duties for the T-ball and Coach Pitch games include:
 

• Home Teams - Field Set-Up - Rake and line field and setup bases.
• Away Teams - Rakes field and puts away bases and equipment.
• Dugout for Both teams - Organize the players and manage batting order.
  Parent duties for each game will be assigned by your team Head coach or team parent manager.

 

Game duties for the Minors divisions and higher include:

Home Teams:

1. Field Set-Up - Rake and line field and setup bases. 
2. Official Scorekeeper.
3. Unofficial Pitchcounter 
4. Field Clean-Up. Put away bases. For all diamonds

Away Teams:

1. Official Pitchcounter 
2. Unofficial scorekeeper

Umpire Advocate:
As the Umpire Advocate you will support the umpire in any and all decisions made in the game.  The Umpire Advocate will also be present at all plate meetings and must identify themselves to the umpires before the game and plate meeting between the two teams start.
